Accounts and Audit trainees

Each year we look to recruit a trainee. Whether you are a school leaver or a graduate , we offer training and a study package for our trainees to become fully qualified accountants. The role will include bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax and audit work.

Accounts and audit trainee

Role:

We are recruiting for an accounts and audit trainee.

Desirable skills:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team

Responsibilities: 

  • Completing monthly management accounts and bookkeeping
  • Accounts preparation
  • Junior audit work
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Preparation of CIS returns
  • Reviewing and completing confirmation statements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline
  • Good GCSEs with a minimum five or equivalent in English and Maths
  • No experience in accounting necessary
  • Desire to pursue a career in accountancy
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Right to live and work in the UK
